Shipping
For retail customers, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped. We have various shipping options available at checkout.
For wholesale customers, please email us at wholesale@twinsparrow.com as processing/shipping time depends on quantity ordered.
Returns & Custom Items
Unfortunately at this time Twin Sparrow cannot accept refunds or exchanges on custom items, please purchase with this in mind.
For any non-custom items, please contact hello@twinsparrow.com and explain as to why you are wanting to return your item. If accepted, we will send you a shipping label & reimburse your purchase. Domestic returns must be received at our shop 7 business days after the return label is emailed to the customer. At this time, we do not allow international returns.
Stitching Repairs
For products with stitching, we offer free stitching repairs should your product come undone through daily use! For this, please contact hello@twinsparrow.com
Scratches, Blemishes, etc.
It is important to note that leather is a natural material and is therefore subject to natural variation. Differences in the color or texture of the leather are natural to cowhides. We handle our product with the upmost care, but small dents, dings, scratches, or blemishes may occasionally be found within the product. Should your leather need restoration, we offer and encourage the use of Smith's Leather Balm as it restores and protects leather goods.
Color
Irregularities in the consistency of the color in each product should not be considered a fault but characteristic of the natural qualities of the material.
